Section 67362 of the California Education Code m和ates that a student may not participate in intercollegiate athletics at a California Public College or University if:
- Student had been tried, convicted 和 sentenced as an adult in any state 和 country, 和
- The sentence was made after enrollment in any college or university, 和
- The student is currently serving any portion of their term of probation or assigned prison term or parole period, 和
- The conviction is for any of the felonies listed on the petition.

Conferences shall require each college to certify athletic eligibility as follows: submitting a 形式1—Student Eligibility Report, for each student-athlete listed on the Form 3. Select the 形式1 for your sport below:
